Our mission is to revolutionize people's experience in indoor spaces, turning them into measurable and interactive places through our services. Just like GPS revolutionized our perception of outdoor spaces!
In 2013, the idea came to life in the context of Trentino research, and after a period of growth in the U-Hopper incubator, in 2015, ThinkIN® officially became a protagonist. In 2017, our journey expanded with an acceleration program in the Industry 4.0 field at H-FARM, a seminal investment, and the acquisition of international clients. In 2022, we received tangible recognition of the value of our Location Intelligence services: a €1 million investment from Add value and the Startup Revival Fund of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.

Creative, gritty entrepreneur, passionate about technology, design and building ideas from scratch. In love with sports (like extreme trail running) and outdoor.
Technical Director
The unstoppable CTO with the Belorussian accent. The tale is still told of that one time when, in between a meeting with a client and brainstorming for a new feature, he actually ate lunch.

Serial entrepreneur keen on innovation, visionary enough to imagine how advanced technologies can be made accessible and easy to use for all the people.
HR and Amministration
Dynamic and passionate HR and administrative officer. Discipline and order are the main notions driving her in the work. With her around, you will hardly find an item, if you have left it outside its place longer than 10 minutes. She is in love with nature and everything that comes from it. When not in the office she is probably in the kitchen making marmalades.
Senior Full Stack Developer
Our Full Stack Developer in love with UI design. Swimming, biking and hiking. All this to be able to afford his favorite sport: pizza tasting. He never gets tired of trying new experiences, which has made his studying and working career very multifaceted. In most cases you will find him trying a new framework, a new algorithm or a new pizza dough.
UX/UI Designer
You may have already seen her as an extra in many TV series. Her passions, besides the sofa, are indeed cinema and art. She is always looking for new ways to create and express her ideas, including drawings, photos, videos, and, of course, dashboard designs! She is definitely not as sporty as her colleagues (but maybe this was already clear).
Sales Manager
He used to take his running shoes on business travels, but he was always too busy generating new sales opportunities. Diego is our self-driven sales manager, with a careful eye on sales strategies.
DevOps
Incurable "button muncher" fights with windmills but above all with his bicycle. After years of working remotely, he lands in an international, open and challenging environment that he never thought could exist just a few steps from home.
Software Architect
Long time geek, wannabe sysadmin, curious and passionate about almost anything - just to have topics of conversation. When he's not busy solving a problem, he's definitely planning his next unconventional trip. Though you wouldn't know it, he has the longest hair in the whole office.
Product Marketing Specialist
Passionate about developing and implementing new business and marketing solutions, but that's not all. She loves the mountains and nature, and in her free time, she never misses an opportunity to engage in sports, especially winter sports like cross-country skiing! She loves traveling and exploring new cultures, lifestyles, and traditional foods, enriching her perspective and creativity.
