Enhancing and digitising the visitor experience is becoming more and more important in order to offer an improved customer service and provide better information on the event (e.g. via mobile application).

Being able to deliver contextualised content has become a fundamental requirement in order to create personal, yet memorable visitor experiences, while providing, at the same time, the best value for exhibitors and event organisers.

This requires to optimally match (i) visitor profile and preferences (ii) visitor real-time precise location at the event, and (iii) event real-time information (e.g. real-time information on visitors distribution across halls and pavilions).

ThinkIN allows to navigate visitors to specific stands across the entire exhibition with meter accuracy. This allows visitors to make the best use of their time, maximally exploiting the effectiveness of their visit.

ThinkIN allows event organizers to obtain a rich set of KPIs and metrics on visitors experience, such as: number of visitors, heatmaps and dwell time per exhibition, hall, stand.
