Mission Control

Mission Control: Smart Orchestration of Internal Logistics

Mission Control is ThinkIN’s solution for dynamic, centralized management of all internal logistics activities within the plant.

Through an intelligent, connected platform, it enables real-time monitoring, planning, and optimization of all handling missions—efficiently coordinating forklifts, AGVs, and operators.
The result is smoother, more responsive logistics that are fully integrated with production processes.

How Does It Work?

  • Dynamic Planning of Logistics Missions
Mission Control receives handling requests—such as internal transfers between departments or shipments to external suppliers.
In real time, the system prioritizes missions based on operational criteria like urgency, vehicle availability, and current location.
Tasks are automatically assigned to the nearest or most available vehicle, reducing wait times and boosting efficiency.

  • Operational Management of Missions
Each operator can take charge of scheduled tasks, with options to complete, pause, or request assistance.
The system supports operators throughout the mission, displaying pick-up and drop-off locations for materials clearly and intuitively.

  • Logistics Cycle Optimization and Supervision
Mission Control provides a centralized dashboard for real-time tracking of mission progress and vehicle utilization.
It analyzes operational performance—including travel times, idle periods, and vehicle workload.
Based on this data, the system supports strategic planning and enables corrective actions to improve overall efficiency and productivity.

What Is It For?

  • Material Movement Planning
This service allows for the planning of internal material movements based on order data (ERP) or production progress (MES).
Scheduling ensures efficient flow management, reducing downtime and improving traceability.

  • Management of External Movements to Third Parties
Many material movements involve transfers to third-party suppliers for external processing.
Mission Control coordinates these operations, ensuring continuous traceability and efficient handling of outbound and return flows.

  • Forklift Assignment Optimization
Mission Control dynamically optimizes forklift allocation, ensuring that resources are used as efficiently as possible.
The system automatically assigns vehicles to missions based on criteria such as location, availability, and priority.
